gilles aupin

Gilles Aupin
Executive Managing Director

Gilles has more than 30 years’ experience in managing world-leading brokerage companies. He joined Perpetua Investment Group in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer from BGC Partners where he was the Senior Executive Officer responsible for the establishment of the company’s Dubai office.

Previously, Gilles was the Chief Executive Officer of Harmattan African Development, a Moroccan subsidiary of Tradition Group based in Casablanca, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of TSAF and TSAF OTC in Paris. In this role, he was responsible for organizational development, recruitment, and regulatory matters across all asset classes. Prior to that, Gilles founded ETC Pollak Prebon in 1999, which he sold to BGC Partners in 2006. He holds a Management companies’ diploma from Paris.

Executive Managing Director

Pascal has more than 25 years’ experience of executive management in large public MNC’s (Nestle SA, Johnson Controls Inc. and more recently G4S Plc.).He recently joined Perpetua Energy Group as Chief Executive Officer from G4S where he was the Finance Director in UAE and Chief Operating Officer in Qatar.

Director

Amin is in charge of the global development of Scorpion Oil Group’s activities in Morocco. He has more than 5 years of experience in various financial departments of listed groups in France and abroad.

Moctar Yahya
Country Manager Mauritania

Moctar is the local Mauritanian representative of Perpertua Energy Group. He is in charge of the management of the manufacturing warehouse of the mobile stations and is the guardian of the progress of the different local partnerships.

He has more than 2 years of experience in the Mauritanian Ministry of Energy and Petroleum. He has therefore a good knowledge of the oil world in Africa which makes him a major actor for the structure. Moctar holds an MBA in management and business administration as well as a master’s degree in oil and mining.

Country Manager Sénégal

Professional with a great experience in the transport and logistics sector, with a deep knowledge of the economic and social reality of Senegal, as president of the Cooperative of « Gros Porteurs du Sénégal ».
